    1block of firm tofu drained
    2tbsp of olive oil
    1oinion chopped
    1celery stalk chopped
    2 Tbsp of sundries tomatoes
    1/4 cup soy cheese ( mozzarella)
    Curry powder


Chop onions and celery
Sauté with olive oil
Drain tofu and scramble with fingers in a colander
Add to the veggies
Throw in the curry, mix
Add the tomatoes
Warm through
