    2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
    1 c coconut water
    2 tbs coconut flakes
    zest and juice of 1 lime
    1/2 tsp cardamom powder
    1/2 - 1 cup of ice cubes
    add 1/2 scoop natural protein powder
    1 tbs ground flax meal

Directions

belnd all in a blender until smooth
