modified with less honey, no half and half, less cheese modified with less honey, no half and half, less cheese

Ingredients

    marinade
    2 tbs lime juice (1 lime)
    1 tbs chili powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    2 tbs honey
    2 tbs water

    1- 15oz can stokes green chile sauce with pork (mild)
    8 oz shredded monterey jack cheese
    10 8-in flour tortillas (140 cal each)
    1 lbs shredded chicken

Directions

Mix the honey, lime juice, chili powder and garlic powder will and pour it over the cooked shredded chicken. Allow to marinate for at least 1 hour.
Spray 9x15 baking dish. Spoon a bit of the enchilada sauce in the bottom to keep the enchiladas from sticking to the bottom.
fill each tortilla with some chicken, roll them gently, place them seam side down in the baking dish. Keep going until everything is used up. Cover the enchiladas with the remaining sauce, and shredded cheese.
bake at 350 for 30 min
