    Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 1 cup(remove)
    Sweet peppers (bell), 6 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4"(remove)
    Black Olives, 106 grams(remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1.25 cup, pieces or slices(remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped(remove)
    *Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce (Zesty Italian)(1/2c), 3.5 serving(remove)
    Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese, 2 oz(remove)
    Pepperoni, 140 grams(remove)
    Italian Season Mix, Dry, 6 tsp(remove)
    Garlic, 6 tsp(remove)
    Sun Dried Tomatoes (no oil), 2 oz(remove)


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Remove tops of bell peppers and set aside.
Precook quinoa and allow to cool.
Precook mushrooms and onions until soft, allow to cool.
Thoroughly mix all ingredients together.
Spoon mixture into bell peppers until full.
Place peppers into cake pan small enough for them to remain upright during cooking.

Cook uncovered for about 30 minutes. Stuffing top will crisp up some.

Serve with your favorite bread or soup.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings.
