    1 3 oz chicken breast
    1 can of Rotel Tomatoes & Green Chilies
    1 can of Pinto Beans
    1 cup of Mexican blend cheese
    3 8 in tortillas


Top each serving with 2 tbsp light sour cream and salsa for additional yummy flavor


Boil chicken in water until cooked then chop into tiny pieces
Spray round baking pan with pam
Layer as follows
tortilla shell
cheese (1/4 cup of the cheese for first 2 layers than 1/2 cup on top)
sprinkle with chili powder to taste
Repeat two more times
Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
