    3 Cups no-yolk egg noodles, dry
    2 large stalks celery, chopped
    14 baby carrots, chopped (or any old carrots)
    2 Cups broccoli, chopped
    1 Cup cabbage, chopped
    6-7.5 Oz Turkey Meat (light, dark, or mix)
    1 small can Campbell Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup
    1 chicken boullion cube
    Garlic powder, oregano, basil, sage, black pepper, red pepper flacks to taste


Cooking times may vary; feel free to change up the ingredients based on what you have on hand and what sounds good. Any cream-of soup will be good in this recipe, I just chose cream of celery because it was the lowest calorie one in my cupboard. Feel free to replace the pasta with rice, quinoa, or diced regular or sweet potatoes.


Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Layer ingredients in casserole dish with noodles on bottom, vegetables next, and meat on top. In a small saucepan combine cream of celery soup with 1 can of water, boullion cube, and desired seasonings. Cook on medium heat until boullion is dissolved. Let cool for several minutes, then pour over casserole. Cover and bake, stirring every 15-30 minutes until noodles and vegetables are tender. Top with light sprinkling of cheese, if desired (not calculated).
