5 Cups Chicken Broth
2 15 oz. Cans Diced Tomatoes
1 15 oz. Can white beans (navy)
1 Cup Chopped Carrots
1 Cup Chopped Celery
1 Cup Diced Onion
1 Cup Chopped Fresh or Frozen Green Beans
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Basil
2 Bay Leaves
1 Cup dry macaroni noodles
Salt and Pepper to taste
Any kind of canned bean will work, veggies can be substituted with whatever you prefer or have on hand, you can use beef broth or vegetable broth instead of chicken, and italian seasoning instead of garlic powder and basil.
Cut carrots, celery, onions, and green beans and add to pot.
Add Basil, bay leaves, garlic powder.
Cover and allow to simmer for 1 hour.
Add noodles and simmer until noodles are tender.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serving Size: Makes 6 2-Cup servings
