Ingredients

    cook onion and garlic over medium high heat till translucent
    add ground turkey cook till no longer pink
    add mushroom and zucchini
    add canned tomato and sauce and paste
    add herbs

    simmer on low for up to an hour.

    pour over spaghetti or eat alone....delicious.
