    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 1.75 cup
    *Potato, raw, 5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Frozen Corn, .5 cup
    Milk, 1%, 1.75 cup
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    *Onion powder, .5 tsp


Place broth, potatos, carrots, corn and seasonings in 2 qt pan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes until vegetables are tender. Pour in milk heat through. Add cheese. Stir until melted. Yields 8 1/2cup servings
