Introduction

Another yummy smoothie I made to use up a pear that was on its way to seeing better days. I figured what else could I put into the smoothie and needed some frozen fruit to make it more cool and smoothie like so I added in the Strawberries and blueberries. Someone left the freezer open a bit and those strawberries were defrosted so I used what was left in the bag which was 2 cups. So here it was and man was it delicious! Ingredients

    1 medium Banana Frozen or Fresh
    1 Large Asian Pears
    2 Cups Strawberries Fresh or Frozen
    25 Blueberries, fresh or Frozen
    2 Cups Fat Free Skim Milk
    4 Sweet N Low Packets

Tips

I found using a skinnier straw aided in drinking this smoothie slower than usual and it allowed me to enjoy it longer.


Directions

Remove the seeds and stems from the pear and slice at least in 1/2.
Put milk then all fruit into the blender then sweetener and blend until all is smooth. Serve with a straw and enjoy.
