    chicken thighs
    baby carrots
    2 cartons chicken broth
    sweet potato
    1 can straw mushrooms
    fresh baby portobellas


Makes 8 - 10 1-cup servings

Lightly saute vegetables (use any kind you like, this is just what I had on hand)
add chicken
pour chicken broth over that
bring to boil; lower temp to simmer for 1 1/2 hrs.
remove chicken from soup; shred when cool; return to soup

Make dumplings from Bisquick box if desired.
