    3 cups corn flakes
    1.75 lbs boneless sirloin pork chops
    1 tsp Mrs. Dash
    1/4 tsp Tony Chachere's
    1/3 cup egg substitute


Crush corn flakes, I put them in a large ziploc bag and rolled with rolling pin. Dip chops in egg mixture and then coat with corn flakes. Either put seasoning in egg mix or directly on chops. Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes or until pork chops are cooked through.
