    1/4 cup Yogurt (preferably Greek) This recipe: Fage 0%
    1/4 cup quick oats
    2 egg whites
    1/4 teaspoon baking powder


No blending necessary.

Light blending will make for a thing batter if that's what you like.


Mix 3 Ingredients together with a 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder.

Add favorite seasoning (nutmeg, cinnamon, pumpkin spice) and Splenda to taste for calorie free add-ins. OR any other ingredient like: fruit, sugar, honey. Great with PB for healthy fat.

Serving Size: Makes 3 small, 2 medium or 1 huge pancake
