Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup (98% fat free)
1 10 oz package frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
1 can (6.5 oz) mushrooms
6 large eggs
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
4 tbsp grated parmesean
2 tbsp butter
1 bunch green onions (sliced thin)
salt
pepper
paprica
Directions
Mix bread crumbs and parmesean in separate bowl, set aside.
Mix all other ingredients (minus butter) in separate bowl. Add salt, pepper, paprica to taste.
Pour into baking pan.
Cover w/bread crumb/parmesean mixture
add thin slices of butter accross the top
bake at 350 for 45 min
