    1 Thomas's Light Whole Wheat English Muffin
    1/4 C Hunts Tomato Sauce, No Salt Added
    17 Slices Hormel Turkey Pepperoni
    1/4 C Canned Mushrooms, divided
    3 oz. Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese
    1-2 TBS Chopped Black Olives


It helps to make the pizza less greasy if you lay the pepperoni out on a few sheets of paper towel and zap them in the microwave for 30-40 seconds. Let cool, then build your pizzas as normal.


Preheat your oven to 350. Cover a small sheet pan with foil and spray with non-stick spray.

Assemble your pizzas. Split English Muffins down the middle and lay flat, "nooks and crannies" side up.

Spread tomato sauce over the top of both halves and divide pepperoni between the two. Pile mushrooms and chopped olives on top and cover generously with cheese.

Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is melty and as bubbling brown as you like it.
