    1 cup flour
    1/2 cup oatmeal
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup Splenda
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 ripe banana (use 2 if omitting the strawberries)
    1 cup strawberries, chopped
    1/2 cup Dannon lite & fit yogurt (vanilla, banana cream or strawberry banana)
    1/4 cup egg beaters
    1/2 tsp. vanilla


Preheat oven to 375*. Mix together dry ingredients (including sugar and Splenda) in bowl and set aside. Mash banana, add yogurt, egg, vanilla and strawberries. Add dry ingredients and mix till just blended and moist. Do not over mix. Spoon into 12 muffin tins sprayed with Pam, about 2/3
full. Bake 20 mins
