    1 can black beans
    1 lb ground beef
    1 green bell pepper - chopped
    1 small onion - chopped
    1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms (not canned)
    1 cup mild salsa
    Large can crushed tomatoes with basil
    1 tbsp chili powder


Stir crockpot every hour or so, to help even distribute the meat throughout. When you serve, sprinkle Kraft Fat Free Shredded Chedder on top for even more taste. You can also use as a dip with tositito corn chips!!


chop green pepper onion and mushrooms, put in bottom of crockpot. Add black beans. Add salsa. Add ground beef (raw). Sprinkle chili powder over top. Pour crushed tomatoes over meat, filling crock pot just about halfway. Cover. Cook on low setting 5-6 hours or high setting 3-4 hours.
