Introduction

this is a soup I made to use up some of the leftover turkey and vegetables I had. this is a soup I made to use up some of the leftover turkey and vegetables I had.

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups cut up turkey
    1 small stalk celery
    5 - 6in carrots cut up
    1 medium onion
    4 cloves of garlic
    6 cups chicken broth


Directions

place onions and garlic in a large stockpot and fry until tender add turkey, celery, carrots and chicken broth. bring to a boil. cook until carrots are tender.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 6 1-cup servings
