3 - Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
2 cans - Chicken Gravy
1 cup - Brown Rice
8oz - Mushrooms (canned)
Onion Powder (Sprinkle to Taste)
Garlic Powder (Sprinkle to Taste)
Black Pepper (Sprinkle to Taste)
Most of the gravy will bake up so you will be lucky to have any left covering the chicken. Since you don't precook the rice or the chicken the gravy helps to cook them both and is part of the reason why it cooks up.
You may want to lightly spray the bottom of the pan with non-stick spray so the rice doesn't stick to the pan.
Now put the dish into the oven and bake it at 425 degrees for approximately 45 minutes to an hour or until the chicken is cooked all the way. Take out of oven and serve.
