    30 oz red potatoes (5 big)
    30 oz cauliflower (1 head)
    6 blue cheese laughing cow wedges


Cut potatoes and cauliflower. Roast at 425 for 30-35 minutes. Process in food processor with laughing cow. Makes 12 1/2-cup servings. Add salt and pepper to taste.
