Ingredients

    Pack of Burrito-sized flour tortillas
    8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
    1 cup of reduced fat/fat free cream cheese (I substituted greek yogurt)
    2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    Cucumber, diced finely
    Red Bell Pepper, diced finely
    garlic salt
    S&P

Directions

Combine cheeses and sour cream, and veggies well then spread evenly across tortilla. Roll up and refrigerate for at least one hour. Carefully slice into pieces and serve.
