    3 leaves Romaine Lettuce
    1 cup Kale, raw
    1 cup Spinach, raw
    1 stalk Celery
    1 slice Onion
    .5 clove Garlic
    2T Diced Tomatoes, fire roasted
    1/4 c Black Beans
    1 small Carrot
    1 T Flax seed - ground
    3 Black Olives
    1 cup Water


Put all ingredients in VitaMix.
Whiz on high until smooth
