    Almonds, 0.5 cup, ground
    Coconut Oil, 2 tbsp
    Coconut, raw, 0.5 cup, shredded
    Oats, 0.25 cup
    Salt, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, 0.25 tsp
    Prunes, dried, 6 prune
    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    Water, tap, 0.25 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Sesame Seeds, 0.25 cup
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 0.25 cup
    *Dried Cherries, 0.33 cup
    Almonds, 0.25 cup, sliced
    Walnuts, 0.25 cup, chopped
    Raisins, 0.25 cup


Preheat oven to 350F/180C. Grease and line a brownie tin.
In a large bowl combine almonds, coconut, oats, salt and baking soda. Blend prunes, eggs, oil and water on high speed until very smooth. Stir the wet ingredients into the almond flour mixture, then mix in remaining ingredients.Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and bake for 20 mins.
