Number of Servings: 8


    1 cup TVP (textured vegetable protein)
    4 cups vegetable broth
    1 can refried beans
    1/2 packet taco seasoning
    7 oz can chopped green chilies
    4.25 oz can chopped black olives
    1 can fire roasted tomatoes


Serve in taco shells, burritos, or use as a topping for salad, or nachos.


Add all ingredients to crock pot. Stir to completely coat the TVP. Cook on high for 4 hours.

Serving Size: makes 8 heaping servings
