    *2 tbs EVO

    *Trader Joe's Veggie Broth or Chicken Broth (Organic Free Range Low Sodium), 8 cup

    *Mixed vegetables frozen, 4 cup

    *Wild Mushroom Medley, dried, 24 grams

    *Whole Grain Quinoa (uncooked), 1.5 cup

    Onions, raw, 1 large

    Green Beans (snap), 1 cup

    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 0.5 cup kernels

    Seaweed, wakame, 3 tbsp

    Curry powder, 2 tbsp

    *BRAGG Liquid Aminos, 3 tsp

    *Sriracha Hot Sauce , 2 tsp


Sautee the onion in the olive oil, along with curry, sriracha, and any other desired sauces.
Periodically add some aminos, to keep the curry from burning on the bottom of the pan.
When onions are soft, add the rest of the ingredients.
Bring to a boil, then spice as desired and simmer until veggies are to your liking.
