Ingredients

    1 lb fresh salmon fillets
    1 egg beaten
    1/4 cup chopped green onion
    3 tbsp flax meal (ground flax)
    2 tbsp dill
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tbsp cilantro
    1 avocado, chopped finely

Tips

Can also be put into a loaf pan and baked at 350 for 30 min


Directions

Chop salmon into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together. Scoop 1/2 cup of mixture into a frying pan. Flatten, flip after a few minutes. Cook until salmon is cooked through.


Serving Size: Makes 4 - 1/2 cup scoops
