what my kids call "Bob and Larry Salad" what my kids call "Bob and Larry Salad"
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 cucumber
    1 large tomato
    1 can black olives or 1 red onion
    balsamic dressing to taste
    1/4 feta cheese block

Directions

cut cucumber in thin slices, cut tomato in small cubes. Add cucumber, tomato, olive or onion in salad bowl. crumble 1/4 cube of feta cheese and balsamic dressing. mix well. Makes a great lunch when served with low fat bread sticks, or as a side dish for dinner.

Serves 3 when used as main dish.
