    Butter, unsalted, 1 stick (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, .25 cup (remove)
    Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp (remove)
    *Pumpkin Puree, Libby, .85 cup (remove)
    *Flour, white, 1.25 cup (remove)
    Baking Powder, .5 tsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, .25 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, .75 tbsp (remove)
    Ginger, ground, .25 tsp (remove)
    Cloves, ground, .125 tsp (remove)
    *Chocolate Chips (Morsels), 1.1 cup (remove)
    *Chopped Walnuts, 0.25 cup (remove)


1. Preheat over to 375
2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
3. Cream the butter and sugars together in the Kitchen Aid mixer, using the paddle, until smooth and creamy.
4. Mix in the egg and vanilla and continue to mix until well blended.
5. Add in the pumpkin and mix well.
6. Add the dry ingredients, mix well and scrape down the sides of the bowl to be sure all the flour is incorporated.
7. Mix in the chocolate chips.
8. Use a medium scooper to portion out the cookies.
9. Bake 10-12 minutes. Cookies will be soft and puffy when done.
10. Cool on the cookie sheet & ENJOY.
