Introduction

Recipe modified from Krafts "the best meatballs". It is also really yummy with ground beef. Recipe modified from Krafts "the best meatballs". It is also really yummy with ground beef.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lb. ground turkey
    1 pkg (6 oz.) stove top stuffing mix for chicken
    1 1/4 cup water
    2 eggs

Tips

Can put half of balls into freezer bag and freeze for later use.


Directions

Heat oven to 400F. Line baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients until blended. Shape into 1 1/2" balls using 1/4 cup mix each.

Place meatballs onto prepared pan. Bake 16-18 minutes or until done (160F). Combine meatballs with favorite sauce and serve.

Serving Size: makes 8 4-meatball servings
