Ingredients

    1c - Butter, softened
    1c- sugar
    1.5 tsp, baking powder
    .5 tsp - salt
    1 -egg
    2 tbsp - Milk
    1 tsp - Vanilla
    3c - All purpose flour

Directions

In a large bowl, beat butter on high for 30 seconds. Add sugar, baking powder, and salt. Beat until combined. Beat in egg, vanilla and milk until combined. Beat in as much of the flour as you can with the mixer. Stir in remaining flour. Divide dough in half and place between 2 sheets of wax paper and roll our to 1/4 inch thick. Freeze for 5 minutes until dough is hard but easy to cut out. take off one sheet of wax paper and cut out shapes and transfer onto a cookie sheet. Bake. Roll out remaining dough left between 2 sheets of wax paper and place back into freezer, and keep rotating until all the dough is used up. Bake in preheated oven of 375 degrees for 5-6 minutes or until bottoms are getting slightly golden (NOT TOPS OR EDGES)
