Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

5 medium apples (any type), peeled and sliced semi-thin
    1 packet instant oatmeal
2 tsp sugar (or sugar substitute - this will reduce the calorie count)
    Dash or more cinnamon
    2-4 TBS water

Tips

Depending on the type of apple, you may need to add more or less water - if it is a particularly juicy apple, add less water.

Directions

If you plan on baking, pre-heat oven to 350. Peel, core and slice the apples. Put in a baking dish, or in a saucepan stove top (if you plan to cook instead of bake). Add packet oatmeal, sugar cinnamon, and water, and stir. If baking the apples, cover with foil and bake for 30 - 40 minutes. If cooking stove top, cook on low for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
