    2 cans caned crab 6 oz cans
    2 Carbs Quick Biscuits
    1 tbls dijon mustard
    1 tbls butter
    1 large egg beaten
    2 tsp lemon juice
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp salt
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    2 dashes of tabasco


Pre heat oven to 400, prepare a cookie sheet with non stick spray

Crumble up 2 Carb Quick Biscuits

In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients and if time permits let it chill in the frig for about an hour.

Shape the mixture into 3 patties, place on the prepared cookie sheet and bake for 20 - 25 minutes until lightly browned, you can turn the cakes half way through if desired.
