    3-4 chicken breast (can use dark meat, use more or
    less than I have here)
    1 lb wide wheat noodles
    3 large carrots
    12 chicken boulin cubes
    1 tbsp celery flakes or to taste
    1 tbsp parsley flakes
    3 bay leaves
    12-16 cups water
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste


Put chicken in pot add water at least half way. Simmer for about an hour.
Remove chicken from pot and let cool, tear chicken apart and return to pot, fill with water about 1 to 1 1/2 inches from top. (enough room to let the noodles boil).
Peal and slice carrots, put in pot. Add all remaining ingrediants except the noodles, simmer about 4 hours. (can cook only 1 hour here)
About 20 min before serving bring to boil and add noodles cook until noodles are done.
