    Onions, raw, 1 medium
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated
    Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free, 5 cup
    Wild Rice, 1 cup
    Cooked Chicken, light meat - 2 cup chopped
    Cream of Chicken Soup (Healthy Request), 1 can
    Velveeta Light Cheese Product, 8 oz
    thyme, salt, pepper and basil to taste


Sautee onions and carrots in a pot sprayed with Non-stick cooking spray.

Add broth and seasonings to taste.

Bring to a boil and add rice and chicken.

Reduce heat, cover and cookd for 20 minutes.

Add cheese, soup and cook until cheese is melted.
