Introduction

Have you ever wanted to make the chicken salad from tea rooms? Well now you can!
This is no ordinary chicken salad, it's a tropical vacation!

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 3oz can of chicken breast
    1c. light mayo
    1/2c. diced celery
    1/3c. dried cranberries
    1/2 small orange, halfs
    1/2 large apple, diced

Tips

I make this on Sunday afternoon/evening. Split it into 5 even servings and pair it up w/ a cup of soup for lunches for the upcoming week. :)


Directions

In a mixing bowl add:
chicken & mayo (coat ckn well), apples & celery; mix well, and finally sprinkle cranberries & oranges and fold in.
