Ingredients

    6 cups water
    1 1/2 cups chopped cabbage
    2 cups green beans, canned or frozen
    6 small red potatoes, chopped
    2 cups summer squashed, chopped
    1 cup carrot, chopped
    1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes (1 can)
    1 cup celery, chopped
    1/2 cup raw onion,chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    4-6 beef bouillion cubes (depending on taste)
    1 Tbsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Pepper
    Dash oregano
    Dash basil
    Dash thyme


Directions

Chop all ingredients. Mix in a large pot. Bring to a boil, and then turn down to medium-low. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Serving Size: approximately 1.5 cups
