    Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz
    Bread, pita, whole-wheat, 2 pita, large
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Milk, nonfat, .5 cup
    Garlic, 3 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Cayenne Pepper, to taste
    Pepper, to taste
    Italian Seasoning, 1 tbsp


Mix all ingredients and make 48 meatballs. Cook for 20-30 minutes
