    1 cup cooked basmati rice
    1 cup kale, chopped
    2 cups spinach leaf whole
    1 bell pepper
    1/4 cup chopped purple onion
    1 green onion chopped
    1 tsp of hot chili flakes
    2 TBSP kikkoman wine vinegar
    1 TBSP brown sugar


Saute all of the ingredients listed. Taste dish to see if you need to add more brown sugar. Depends if you like dish with vinegar tang or sweeter.
