    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Winn Dixie Mixed Fruit, Frozen (Peaches, cantaloupe, honeydew, seedless red grapes) (or any frozen fruit desired), 1 cup
    Carb Solutions High Protein Shake Powder Creamy Vanilla, 1 serving (or any type protein powder)
    *Diet Sprite Zero, 8 oz (or any diet soda or juice of choice)


Place all ingredients into blender.

I layer for easier blending. I add 1/2 Sprite first, then add the 2 scoops of protein powder, 1/2 the yogurt, all the fruit, remaining yogurt and remaining sprite. You may want to add more or less of the Sprite to get the consistency you desire.

Blend until smooth.

You can make so many variations of this smoothie, trying different combinations of frozen fruit, diet sodas, natural juices etc. Have fun and enjoy. I use this as a meal replacement twice a day.
