I like pepperoni but the sodium content is too high I like pepperoni but the sodium content is too high
Number of Servings: 12


    1 pound of 93% fat free ground beef
    1 tsp of salt
    1 tsp of liquid smoke
    3/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp mustard seed
    1/2 tsp fennel seeds, slightly crused
    1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
    1/4 tsp anise seeds
    1/4 tsp garlic powder


1. Comine all ingredient, mixing untill thoroughly blended. Divide in half into slender rolls about 1 1/3 inch in diameter. Wrap in plastic or foil. Refrigerate overnight.

2. Upwrap and bake on broiler pan at 200F for 4 hours
3. Store wrapped in the refrigerator.

Serving Size: Makes 12 one ounce servings. Eat alone or use on your homemade pizza
