    1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
    1 Cup Non-Fat Milk
    1 Banana
    2 tsp Ginger
    2 tsp cinnamon
    2 tsp Coconut Sugar (optional)
    1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
    1 scoop Now Foods Unflavored Whey Protein Isolate
    2 tbs Ground Flax Seed
    1/2 Cup Crushed Ice (optional)


I like to add some crushed ice (about half a cup) to make the smoothie cold. And, sometimes when I'm feeling bloated I add an extra tablespoon of ginger.


Blend all of the ingredients in your blender. Consider omitting the Whey Protein if you are having another protein source with it.
