    4lb pork tenderloin
    1/2 c honey
    3 T Braggs Aminos
    2/3 cup parmesean cheese
    2 T minced garlic
    2T fresh or dried basil
    2 T Olive Oil
    1 t salt
    pepper to taste


Not included in calculations
thicken gravy with cornstarch and water in you like

serve with rice or potatoes


Put loin in Crockpot
mix all other ingredients and cover meat
cook in crock for 5-6 hours
