Ingredients

    1 box long grain and wild rice mix, prepared
    3 cups cooked, cubed turkey
    1 cup diced celery
    1 medium union, diced
    1 can water chestnuts, chopped
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 can sweet corn
    15 ritz crackers, crumbled

Directions

Prepare rice as directed on the box.

Preheat oven to 350F.

Mix all ingredients except cracker crumbs in a large bowl. Place in greased 9x13 pan. Top with cracker crumbs.

Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
