Introduction

This is a dish I learned to make many years ago when I lived in Connecticut. I had a roommate "Cindy" who said it was a food her Grandma used to make and of course bringing back the familaraity of home and Grandma you know it was comfort food to her. For me it contains noodles "Pasta" which is always comfort food to me. The cabbage makes it look like there is allot of food on your plate and mixed with noodles even more. You probably would not be able to finish a single serving in just 1 sitting. This is a dish I learned to make many years ago when I lived in Connecticut. Directions

Slice up cabbage into strips, onions into slices or chunks, kielbasa into 1/4" thick (.50 MM) Coins. In a large Teflon (non-stick coated) pot or pan with a large tight fitting lid, pour in your broth, onions, cabbage and seasonings and allow to simmer down until translucent. The cabbage will cook down to about 1/2 of what you started with when it was raw. About 15 minutes. Then Add in your kielbasa and toss well to allow the flavor from the kielbasa to cook into the cabbage and onions, about 15 minutes. Meanwhile in another pot Cook noodles as directed on the package; about 5 Minutes only, drain well. Stir noodles into cabbage mixture, use a larger pot or pan to accommodate contents if necessary and cook for an additional 5 minutes more, stirring frequently.

Serve and Enjoy!
