    1 C diced chicken
    1 C shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 C ranch
    4 flour tortillas
    salsa and guacamole (optional)


combine chicken, cheese, and dressing in a medium bowl. Place about 1/2 cup of chicken mixture on each tortilla: fold in half to seal. Place quesadillas on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with salsa dn guacamole if desired.

Note: If you were to change the dressing and cheese to a low-fat variety it would help the fat and calories. My family likes it this way and I just wanted to know how how bad it was. Also I had to guess on the derving size of ranch since it does not offer 1/2 cup serving size.
