Ingredients

Dolmio Bolognaise Original, 750 grams
Chopped tomatoes in tomato juice (tinned), 400 grams
Tomato Puree, 100 grams
White Onion (1 medium) chopped.
Button Mushrooms, 200 grams cut into chunky slices
Pepper - Red pepper - 1 chopped.
Lean Minced Beef, 900 grams
Garlic, 3 cloves. crushed.
Asda Fusilli Pasta, 600 grams.
Flora Pure Sunflower Oil, 2 tsp.
Tips
Directions
In a large deep frying pan or saucepan heat the oil and add the onion, garlic and red pepper, cover and fry lightly for two minutes.
Add the minced beef gradually and continue cooking on a medium to high heat to brown the meat.
Once the mince is cooked add the chopped tomatoes, tomato puree and bologaise sauce, continue to cook on a low heat stirring occasionally for approximately a further 20 - 30 minutes.
Bring some water to the boil in a large saucepan and add the fusilli pasta, cook to taste, approximately 8 - 10 minutes.
once cooked drain and serve pasta and add beef bolognaise sauce.
