    1 lb Italian Chicken Sausage
    1 lb Orecchiette Pasta
    1 - 24oz Spaghetti Sauce (I like Ragu chunky garden combination or Ragu chunky super mushroom or half of each)
    1- Cup Shredded Italian 4 cheese blend 2% reduced fat cheese


**can substitute any whole wheat pasta for additional fiber


Preheat oven to 350

in a large pot of salted boiling water-cook pasta according to package directions until al dente

in a large skillet brown chicken sausage until no longer pink-stir in spaghetti sauce and cooked pasta

pour into 13x9 inch ungreased pan- sprinkle cheese on top bake until hot and cheese is melted
