    1 lb medium, uncooked shrimp
    1/2 C chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, diced
    1 chipotle pepper, diced
    1 T adobo sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 C 0% chobani greek yogurt
    1-2 T cilantro, chopped
    lime juice


1. Saute shrimp, onion, garlic, chipotle pepper, adobo sauce, salt and pepper until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through. Do not overcook.

2. Combine yogurt, cilantro and the juice of 1-2 limes.

3. Divide shrimp, yogurt and avocado between 6 tortillas.
