Ingredients

2 c. coarsly chopped cooked chicken
4 oz. shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend
4 oz. chopped green chilies, undrained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Southwest Seasoning Mix
1 plum tomato, chopped and deseeded
1 tsp. lime juice
2/3 c. crushed tortilla chips
2 packages crescent rolls
Tips
Can garnish with slices of lime and tomato in between wedges. May add 1/4 c. chopped olives if desired.
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Mix together chicken, cheese, green chilies, mayonnaise, seasoning mix, tomato, and lime juice.
2. Reserve approximately 2 Tbsp. crushed tortilla chips. Add remaining to mixture.
3. Arrange crescent triangles in circle (about 5 inches diameter) with short edges of triangles overlapping on a baking stone or pizza pan. Spoon mixture around the circle. Fold ends of triangles towards center of the circle (filling will not be completely covered).
4. Sprinkle remaining chips on crescent dough.
5. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with sour cream and salsa
