Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

12 oz of canned chicken
1 small container of Fage yogurt (recipe is 0% but I typically use 2%)
1 cup of chopped onion (to taste)
1 can of Healthy Request Cream of Chicken
2 packs of frozen chopped broccoli (cooked)
.5 cup of 2% shredded cheese (do not use fat free)
salt and black pepper
2 tbsp of ground garlic powder
1 tsp of nutmeg
You can also add 2 cups of cooked brown rice to the mixture and bake for a heartier meal. I like to have a sweet potato with mine so I don't use rice often although delicious!
Adding 2 cups of brown rice makes the calories:
294 per serving
33.5 grams of carbs
28 grams of protein
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix ALL ingredients in a large bowl then put into non-stick sprayed casserole dish. Bake at 400 for 35 minutes.
